Welcome to the dental office of Brian J. Jacobsen, DMD in Ephrata, Washington! You will receive a dental experience like no other at our dental practice; we combine years of experience in providing personalized, caring dentistry with the latest dental technology to ensure that your visit is comfortable and enjoyable. All of your dental needs can be met right here in our dental office by our talented dentist, Dr. Brian Jacobsen. We provide a wide variety of dental services, including cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, endodontics, periodontal (gum) treatment, and implant dentistry. We are dedicated to addressing all of your dental concerns and desires in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Dr. Brian Jacobsen, DMD

Dr. Jacobsen attended dental school at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. He graduated with honors in 2002 and returned to his childhood home of Astoria, Oregon, where he practiced for the next eight years. In 2010, after reaching his lifetime quota of rain, fish and chips, and trees, he and his family decided to make a drastic change– they sold their house and moved to sunny Central Washington. In 2010, Dr. Jacobsen assumed the practice of longtime Ephrata dentist Dr. Doug Beaudry. In 2014, he merged practices with another retiring longtime Ephrata dentist, Dr. Gale Campbell.
